In view of occurrence of gold in the different raw materials of placer, alluvial / eluvial deposits and allowing for small, medium & large scale of processing for mining, prospecting and batch sampling, HZE provides different wash plant combing mercury free processes and related complete sets of equipment, to recover gold with high efficiency and low cost, and finally produce gold ingots / bullions.
Two kinds of washing plants can be chosen: one plant with trommel for few sticky raw materials, another one with scrubber and trommel for sticky raw materials (such as clay, laterite and kaolin).
The trommel adopts different aperture opening and various sieves (steel bar, stainless steel wedge, polyurethane) to treat different raw materials, improve screening efficiency and prolong the sieve life.Wash Plant with Trommel

Sluice Box The slurry flows through the sluice box, gold nuggets and coarse gold paticles settle into the blanket and a series of shallow grooves due to the difference in specific gravity and the effect of water flow. |
Jig The effect of rising and falling water flow looses the deck layer is increased, which causes the gold particles settle fully, so the separation ability and recovery rate are greatly improved. |
Centrifugal Concentrator The enrichment cone rotates at high speed to generate a strong centrifugal force to make the large specific gravity particles adhere to the inner surface of the cone against the effect of backwash water, thereby improving the recovery rate and enrichment ratio of fine gold particles. |
Shaker Table Due to the differential motion and layering, the low specific gravity materials in the riffles with a series of gradually shallower grooves are carried away by the water flow, and the gold particles are gradually enriched at the end of the deck surface and discharged out of the deck. |
Concentrate-borax and Flame Oven Kit The concentrate is mixed with borax after iron removal then it is smelted in the flame oven to cast bullions. |
Amalgamation Retort and Smelting Kit The concentrate is further ground and mixed with mercury after iron removal, and the amalgam is distilled in a closed retort then it is smelted by the propane torch to get the ingot. |
Concentrate-borax and Medium Frequency Induction Furnace Kit The concentrate is mixed with borax after iron removal then it is smelted in the medium frequency induction smelting furnace to cast bullions. |
Submersible Sewage Pump The pump located in a pond, tailing pond or river to draw water and supply water to the wash plant. |
Slurry Pump The slurry pump is used to transport slurry when there is a height difference between the wash plant and supporting equipment. |
Diesel Generator For the places where power supply is difficult, Cummins generator ensures the electric supply for the whole production line. |
