Working Principle
Flotation machine is named as flotation cell and froth flotation concentrator.
Circular flotation cell with high-efficiency and energy-saving can be widely used in mineral processing of various metals, non-metallic minerals. It has the advantages of flexible operation, easy controlling, stable running and convenient maintenance. The circular tank is convenient for on-site construction, reducing occupied area and investment.

Large size: Due to the uniform force distribution of the geometrical shape, there is no defect of stress concentration, which is suitable for large-size development.
No sinking to cell bottom: good flow mechanics properties of circular tanks ensure no sinking and dead angle compared with square tanks.
Energy-saving and cost-reducing: fluid dynamic characteristics of impeller and cells ensure less power consumption, which can reduce by 15~20% compared with the flotation cells with the same model.
High recovery rate: full mixing of ore and reagent makes froth plentiful and stable, and the index of recovery rate is 1-3% greater than that of the flotation cells with the same model.
High concentrate grade: due to the strong stirring power and plentiful froth, the concentrate grade is 10~35% higher than that of the flotation cells with the same model.
Simple and convenient operation and maintenance: there's no need to release slurry during running or suspension. There's no bubble scrapping device, so operation is simple and maintenance is easy.
